Technical Program Manager
**Your job** + Run daily team meetings, status reporting, and executive communications for high priority projects. + Coordinate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, grooming, demos, and retrospectives. + Rapidly coordinate communication for unplanned production incidents. + Chase down dependencies to unblock product, engineering, and operations partners. + Create proposals to identify specific risks and gaps - solicit and incorporate feedback from collaborators to reach alignment. **Who you are** + Plan and manage multiple complex projects. + Understand the root cause and impacts for the project and other teams. Communicate and collaborate with the right people to implement timely solutions. + Partner with interested parties to define program OKRs, KPIs and roadmap. + Anticipate and mitigate risk across the program to establish if the implementation plans meet collaborator requirements and will achieve strategic objectives. + Proactively network with relevant interested parties across Indeed to advocate for the needs and success of your program. **Who we are** + You are highly adaptable in a fast-paced hyper-growth environment; able to thrive within ambiguity and frequently changing priorities. + You have 8+ years of experience working as a software program manager with experience leading large and complex cross-functional projects in a technology company + You have worked closely with software engineers, QA, product managers and other engineering teams to get high-quality products and features through the software project lifecycle (build, test and release on time). + You have experience influencing senior management and setting expectations for major cross-functional initiatives with a demonstrated affinity for metrics. + You are comfortable talking about technical matters with business people and business matters with technical people. + You are definitive - you gather the data and make informed, critical recommendations quickly. + You have significant agile/lean experience in a product owner or scrum master role, organizations leveraging lean/agile methodologies and in-depth experience with specific agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. **Our mission** As the world’s number 1 job site*, our mission is to help people get jobs.
