Lenovo Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) - Cloud Service Provider (CSP) is seeking an experienced Advisory Technical Program Manager (TPM) to manage System Integration projects for our North American hyperscale customers. This role will drive end-to-end program management, collaborating with cross-functional teams globally to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions aligned with customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the complete lifecycle of Rack Solution programs, from requirements gathering, product qualification to product launch, including NPI and sustaining phase.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure on-time delivery.Proactively identify and mitigate risks impacting scope, schedule, and budget.Act as the primary program interface for North American hyperscale customers.Facilitate customer communication, ensuring alignment on technical requirements and project progress.Build strong relationships to understand customer business goals and translate them into actionable deliverables.Work closely with engineering, supply chain, factory, and quality teams to ensure seamless execution of development programs.Coordinate with global teams in Taiwan, US, and other regions to align on development priorities and timelines.Foster effective communication across geographically dispersed teams.Understand key aspects of server hardware design, including compute, storage, GPU, networking, and cooling systems.Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to address customer-specific design requirements and challenges.Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer-specific requirements.Drive process improvements to optimize program efficiency and quality.Provide regular status updates and detailed reports to stakeholders, including leadership and customers.Manage program changes, ensuring they are documented, communicated, and implemented effectively.Cost and Resource Management: Monitor and manage program budgets, including NRE and material costs.


Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science8+ years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on server development or similar hardware productsExperience managing complex projects for enterprise or hyperscale customers

Preferred Qualifications
