To find out more visit www.lenovo.com , and read about the latest news via ourStoryHub (https://news.lenovo.com/) . **Description and Requirements** **Job Summary** Lenovo Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) - Cloud Service Provider (CSP) is seeking an experienced Advisory Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead server development projects for our North American hyperscale customers. This role will drive end-to-end program management, collaborating with cross-functional teams globally to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions aligned with customer requirements. **Key Responsibilities** **Program Management** : + Lead and manage the complete lifecycle of customized server development programs, from requirements gathering to product launch, including in-house design/system integration/sustaining activities. + Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure on-time delivery. + Proactively identify and mitigate risks impacting scope, schedule, and budget. **Customer Engagement** : + Act as the primary technical and program interface for North American hyperscale customers. + Facilitate customer communication, ensuring alignment on technical requirements and project progress. + Build strong relationships to understand customer business goals and translate them into actionable deliverables. **Cross-Functional Collaboration** : + Work closely with engineering, supply chain, factory, and quality teams to ensure seamless execution of development programs. + Coordinate with global teams in Taiwan, US, and other regions to align on development priorities and timelines. + Foster effective communication across geographically dispersed teams. **Technical Expertise** : + Understand key aspects of server hardware design, including compute, storage, GPU, networking, and cooling systems. + Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to address customer-specific design requirements and challenges. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer-specific requirements. **Process and Reporting** : + Drive process improvements to optimize program efficiency and quality. + Provide regular status updates and detailed reports to stakeholders, including leadership and customers. + Manage program changes, ensuring they are documented, communicated, and implemented effectively. **Cost and Resource Management** : + Monitor and manage program budgets, including NRE and material costs. + Coordinate resource allocation across projects to meet program goals. **Qualifications** **Required** : + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. + 8+ years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on server development or similar hardware products. + Strong understanding of server architecture, hardware components, and manufacturing processes. + Proven track record of managing complex projects for enterprise or hyperscale customers. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and cross-functional teams effectively. + Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment. + Willingness to travel as needed . **Preferred** : + Experience working with hyperscale customers like Microsoft, Google, Meta, or Amazon. + Familiarity with the Intel, AMD, and Nvidia solution architecture. + Knowledge of regulatory compliance and data center standards in North America. + PMP or Agile certifications. **Key Attributes** + Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-oriented mindset. + Ability to work across time zones with global teams. + Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. + Leadership skills to influence without direct authority. **Additional Locations** : * Taiwan - Taipei City - Taipei * Taiwan * Taiwan - Taipei City * Taiwan - Taipei City - Taipei
