Technical Program Manager

The Technical Program Manager is responsible for driving the delivery of high-impact technical programs in alignment with both business and technical objectives. The scope of this job includes working closely with engineering, solution management, design, and operations teams to plan, prioritize, and execute key initiatives while navigating the technical challenges and risks associated with large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and drive the end-to-end delivery of individual, moderately complex technical programs and projects, including scoping, planning, execution, and final delivery.Partner with engineering teams, solution managers, designers, quality assurance, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication, alignment on objectives, and smooth execution of program deliverables.Develop and maintain detailed technical project plans, including roadmaps, timelines, milestones, dependencies, deadlines, and deliverables.Proactively identify potential risks and technical blockers that may impact program timelines or quality, and work with relevant teams to resolve issues and keep the program on course.Communicate program status, challenges, and progress to leadership by providing regular updates and actionable insights in alignment with business priorities.Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent work experienceAt least 2-4 years relevant work experienceProficiency with Microsoft Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in HealthcareExperience with Atlassian Suite (Jira and Confluence)
