We strive to be an employer of choice! **Responsibilities:** + **Leadingand Managing Projects:** Oversee large, complex projects consistingof multiple Agile teams, ensuring integration with other activitiesoutside the scope of the Agile teams + **ProcessImprovement:** Develop and manage a well-defined program managementprocess and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives + **RiskManagement:** Maintain dependency plans between planned sprintsacross all teams and identify/mitigate risks + **Trainingand Adoption:** Work with Agile teams and stakeholders to driveadoption and training, ensuring they understand and use Agilemethodologies + **PerformanceMonitoring:** Monitor project progress and performance, providingperiodic progress reports and dashboards to key stakeholders + **ConflictResolution:** Manage and resolve conflicts, challenges, andobstacles that may occur during the project lifecycle + **Communication:** Ensureclear communication and organization of all strategic initiatives as wellas regular updates and project reports + **StakeholderManagement:** Building and maintaining strong relationships with keystakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met + **Metricsand Reporting:** Developing and tracking key performance indicators(KPIs) to monitor the progress and success of the initiativeProviding regular status updates and reports to leadership andstakeholders + **ChangeManagement:** Leading change management efforts to ensure smoothtransitions and adoption of new processes or systems + **ContinuousImprovement:** Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement inprocesses, tools, and team collaboration + Lookingahead at the program roadmap 6 months and beyond + Creatingand facilitating initiative artifacts + Ensuringthe business gathers necessary information before engaging engineers forfuture components of the initiative + Kickingoff IT engagement when it's time for engineers to start looking at futuresegments of work within the initiative **Qualifications:** + **Certifications:** Relevantcertifications such as PMP, PSM, CSM, SAFe, or similar + **Experience:** Provenexperience in Agile project management, with a strong understanding ofAgile principles and methodologies + **Skills:** Excellentleadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with theability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously + **ToolsExperience:** JIRA, Confluence, Lucid Chart, MS-Office tools (Excel,Word, PowerPoint, MS-Project etc.) + **RTE/SeniorScrum Master experience** - Required. + **TechnicalExperience** : Java/Microsoft - Preferred **Minimum education qualification** + Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field.. **The benefits our employees enjoy:** + 401(k) Savings Plan- Matched 150% up to 6%.
