THE JOB:
The Technical Program Manager is a key corporate role within the Technology department, responsible for leading large-scale, enterprise-wide strategic programs. Serving as a trusted partner to both Technology leaders and Business stakeholders, this role plays a crucial part in driving long-term program objectives. The TPM is accountable for planning and executing major programs, overseeing the coordination of multiple projects and timelines, while managing technical dependencies, risks, and resource limitations. Additionally, the TPM ensures the successful delivery of core program assets, including the program roadmap, status updates, executive presentations, and communications.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Lead enterprise programs within Technology, focusing on network infrastructure and information security.
Develop and manage program deliverables, including roadmaps, timelines, scope, and risk, ensuring compliance and security.
Coordinate with project teams to drive progress, resolve issues, and manage dependencies.
Support PMO reporting with updates and presentations, ensuring alignment on strategic goals.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to secure resources and buy-in for the program.
Plan and deliver multi-year programs within timelines and budget, integrating security requirements.
Apply hybrid project management and agile methodologies for efficiency and feedback.
Mentor peers on best practices, particularly for complex technology programs, and ensure security and compliance throughout execution.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Management.
8+ years of relevant experience.
Experience leading enterprise-wide technology programs, with expertise in network infrastructure, information security, network migration, and core network components (switches, routers, firewalls).
Proven track record in vendor management, disaster recovery, and delivering multi-media projects.
Skilled in program management disciplines: scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, risk management, and reporting.
Strong leadership abilities to motivate teams, build cohesion, and drive strategic direction.
Experience in budget planning, program strategy, and cross-departmental communication.
Proficient in hybrid project management and agile scrum methodologies.
Project Management Certification (PMP, CSM, ACP).
Interest in technology, innovation, and transformation.
Previous experience in technology, hospitality, or gaming settings is a plus.
