Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Technical Program Manager with extensive experience in onboarding scrum teams and delivering high-quality tech solutions in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background and a deep understanding of telecom domain intricacies.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboard and build new scrum teams, establishing a strong foundation for collaboration and delivery.Understand the technical stack within the organization to facilitate tech screening assessments, identifying the requisite skill sets and team members.Oversee project delivery, ensuring that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are consistently met, and client satisfaction is prioritized.Manage risks and dependencies, escalating and tracking impediments effectively.Provide insights on resource allocation to address critical bottlenecks in project delivery.Encourage collaboration between teams and System and Solution Architects/Engineering to optimize practices and performance.Work closely with Product and Solution Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure strategy and execution alignment.Improve the flow of value through value streams by enhancing DevOps practices and supporting Release on Demand within the Continuous Delivery Pipeline.Mentor Technical Leads, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile mindsets and practices.Act as a liaison between globally distributed teams, ensuring effective communication and project alignment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role, particularly within the telecom domain.Strong technical expertise in Java, REST APIs, Microservices, Spring Boot, Angular, and cloud technologies.Experience in managing projects with globally distributed teams and fostering collaboration across diverse groups.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead teams effectively in Agile methodologies.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
