You Are:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Technical Program Manager with a background in machine learning, artificial intelligence, data engineering, and application development. The ideal candidate will manage complex, cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes while fostering excellent business partner relationships.

The opportunity:
· Oversee end-to-end project management for machine learning, AI, data engineering, and application development initiatives, including planning, execution, and delivery.
· Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones, managing dependencies and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery.
· Lead and manage cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration across data scientists, engineers, developers, and business partners.
· Utilize Jira to manage both Agile and waterfall project activities, ensuring efficient tracking of tasks, sprints, and milestones. Leverage Confluence for documentation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing across teams, maintaining up-to-date project information and facilitating seamless communication.
· Oversee project execution, including resource allocation, timeline management, risk assessment, and quality control.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, maintaining open and effective communication to manage expectations and provide project updates.
· Translate technical concepts into business language for non-technical stakeholders and facilitate cross-functional alignment.
· Gather requirements from stakeholders, ensuring project deliverables align with strategic business needs.
· Leverage your technical background in machine learning, AI, data engineering, and application development to guide project planning and execution.
· Collaborate with technical teams to understand and address project challenges, adjusting project plans as needed.
· Ensure quality and feasibility by reviewing technical designs, assessing risks, and implementing best practices.
· Provide technical guidance and support to teams, ensuring best practices in Machine Learning, AI, Data Engineering, and Application Development are followed.
· Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks associated with project timelines, deliverables, and resource constraints.
· Implement contingency plans and escalate issues when necessary, ensuring project continuity and success.
· Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for each project, regularly tracking progress and addressing deviations.
· Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports to stakeholders, showcasing project status, milestones, and ROI.
· Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

What you need:
· The candidate needs to have a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Engineering or a related field.
· 5+ years of experience in the following areas:
• Program/project management, particularly in machine learning, AI, data engineering, and application development projects.
• Managing large-scale, cross-functional technical projects.
• Machine learning, AI concepts, data engineering processes, and application development lifecycles.
• Working with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and data/AI ecosystems (e.g., Python, SQL, cloud services).
• Software development and deployment processes, data pipelines, and model integration workflows.
· Preferred Qualifications
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile Scrum Master).
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Knowledge of cloud-based platforms for data and AI (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
