Your mission is to protect Amazon's global logistics operations by driving strategic security programs that scale across our entire fulfillment network.

As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead complex programs, influence stakeholders, and deliver scalable security solutions in a fast-paced logistics environment. You will collaborate with security and software development teams teams across Amazon to align logistics security initiatives with long-term business objectives. Your work will focus on developing and executing logistics security strategies, processes, roadmaps, and metrics while ensuring the team delivers high-quality, scalable solutions to address logistics-specific security risks and challenges.


Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies and roadmaps to strengthen security across fulfillment centers and physical stores
- Lead efforts to identify and mitigate security risks across Amazon's logistics network and partner teams
- Communicate effectively through both written and verbal formats
- Demonstrate ownership and leadership by coordinating security projects across logistics and engineering teams
- Build strong, lasting relationships with internal teams and partners
- Be comfortable with hands-on day-to-day problem solving in a dynamic environment
- Prepare data-driven KPIs for programs and present business reviews to senior management
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels of management, building trust across the organization
