Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. + 5 years of experience in program management. + Experience in managing programs involving security development, vulnerability management, or other security protocols. Preferred qualifications: + 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. + Familiarity with developing for the open web, including web standards bodies and Chromium. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary developing projects using your developing expertise. As a Technical Program Managers within the Chrome Browser team, you will provide a program management partnership cross-functionally. You will support Chrome Security development teams by leading, organizing, and managing projects and programs in collaboration with Developing and Product leads. You will manage and deliver on all of Chrome's priorities. Chrome is dedicated to building a better, more open web. We also built Chrome as an open source project so the entire web ecosystem could benefit from the latest innovations in speed, simplicity and security. + Lead cross-functional teams of developers and product managers in executing projects and programs from concept to launch, including planning, tracking progress, identifying and resolving issues, and managing dependencies. + Design and roll-out processes and tools to increase the velocity of developing teams, and the quality of product launches. + Provide program management leadership for the portfolio of program priorities, and establish effective partnerships with developing and product leads. + Deliver continuous transparency to keep core team members aligned, and stakeholders informed. + Leverage an understanding of feature development to identify and build new operational improvements and processes.
