We are looking for an expert Software Program Manager to lead the development and execution of GeForce NOW’s Streaming technology. In this role, you'll join a team that focuses on the streaming technology that powers many of NVIDIA's Cloud Applications and services. This role encompasses gathering product and engineering requirements, collaborating with product and program managers, working closely with software engineers and managers across functional domains, defining new processes and driving the execution of various initiatives and features across organizations.

What you will be doing:

Manage technical programs from requirements through launch, including coordinating all aspects of project timelines, resolving obstacles, and maintaining streamlined processes.

Partner closely with Engineering, Product Management, Program Management, and external Partner teams to define, prioritize, and deliver features, create infrastructure, define processes, and workflows.

Assume the responsibility of the point of contact, coordinating and leading status meetings, facilitating communication of progress and updates between engineering teams, collaborators, customers, and partners.

Lead and improve existing product development and software release processes; and collaborate with engineering and product management leaders to refine the workflows to improve efficiencies.

What we need to see:

Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree in Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience

Minimum of 8 years of experience developing and leading complex software projects in large, cross-functional organizations

Expertise in Jira, Plans, and other project management tools and plug-ins to manage project execution

Proficient in delivering clear and concise messages to different groups of people

Experience with data analysis tools, building visualizations, data driven decision making

Experience in measuring and improving efficiency of processes and workflows

Experience in turning around failures into learning experiences

Experience in real time, latency-sensitive, interactive video streaming

The base salary range is 188,000 USD - 299,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
