Your Impact

We are seeking a Scrum Master professional with a strong Agile Scrum Practices background to join our Cloud Operations team. The person we hire into this role will work to apply best practices for timely deliveries, drive observability and provide executive reports. Team member will keep all the Stakeholders informed on the progress and impediments to the project.  As an integral part of Cloud Operations team, person will help assist Product Owner remove the roadblocks and clear the backlog.

 

What the role offers:

Managing stakeholder’s communication, expectations, responsibilities, and project timelines Ensuring overall progress of assigned projects from inception to implementation Guiding the team in the use of agile scrum practices and values to get the most out of self-organization Facilitating sprint planning, scrums, demos, retrospectives, and cross-team meetings Identifying project risks and developing contingency plans Monitoring daily tasks and project assignments in progress, ensuring project schedule is being met Providing management with status reports detailing status and timelines throughout assigned project Removing impediments and maintaining relevant metrics to help the team understand their progress Creating Executive reports for Leadership reviews

  

 

What you need to succeed:

Technical Bachelor's degree 5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role in the team that diligently applied Scrum principles and practices 5+ years of build and release experience 2+ years of program management experience Team player, self-starter, motivated to take ownership of projects and drive tasks to completion 5+ years of experience coordinating the activities of a distributed global team across multiple locations and time zones, including Europe and Asia

 

Desired Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to a wide range of stakeholders, including technical and managerial level Working knowledge of Jira  Ability to make decisions and resolve conflicts Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor others Outstanding organizational and time management skills PMP and CSM certifications, a plus Experience with Reporting tools, a plus
