\nARServices is seeking a Technical Project Analyst to join our team supporting the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) Research & Development Directorate (DTRA RD).

\nNote: This position is contingent
\n
\nOverall duties involve providing program and project management, planning and execution support to a division that develops and delivers advanced tools and services for support of target analysis and characterization. Duties include assisting in response to taskings from higher echelon offices, development and staffing of correspondence, support of staff meetings, preparation for program reviews and offsite meetings and tracking of division schedules. The successful candidate will demonstrate DoD project management, acquisition and general staff work expertise in the research and development environment.

\nA qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:\n\n\tProgram and project planning\n\tGeneral support of program cost, schedule and performance management\n\tRisk analysis and management\n\tSupport of program and project reviews\n\tTracking and staffing of higher echelon taskers received by the division\n\tDrafting and staffing of division correspondence\n\tSupport for staff meetings, program reviews and offsite meetings\n\tAssistance to Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR)\n\tDevelopment of acquisition strategies and contracting plans\n\tSupport of requirements definition and decomposition\n\tSupport of market research\n\tDevelopment of Performance Work Statements, Statements of Work, Requests for Proposals, Contract Line-Item Number structures, and other solicitation documentation\n\tAssistance in development of Independent Government Cost Estimates\n\tSource Selection advisory support\n\tContract management and modifications support\n\tAssistance in development of Interagency Support Agreements, Assisted Acquisitions and Economy Act actions\n\nSecurity Clearance Requirement: \n\n\n\tActive/current Top Secret/SCI clearance. \n\nRequired Qualifications: \n\n\n\tBachelor's degree in Business, Science, Technical, Engineering or Social Science discipline\n\tAt least seven years (7) of DoD Program Management or Acquisition Experience \n\tExperience in DoD Research and Development \n\tExperience in application of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) procedures\n\tExperience with Interagency Assisted Acquisitions (IAA’s)\n\tExperience in Market Research techniques\n\tExperience in development of Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE’s) \n\n\nDesired Qualifications: \n\n\n\tGraduate degree in a Social Science, Intelligence, National Security, Acquisition or Business discipline\n\tExperience in Research and Development program management\n\tExperience working in DTRA\n\tDefense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) certification\n\tDefense Acquisition University (DAU) training\n\tExperience as a Contracting Officer’s Representative \n\tExperience in DoD targeting, intelligence analysis or weapons applications\n\tExperience in Counter-Weapons of Mass Destruction technical areas\n\n\nARServices is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce, including protected veterans and individuals with disabilities. \n
