**About the role:**
The Project Coordinator Associate is an entry-level role within the Project Management Organization supporting Ostomy Care R&D and Applied Research. This position supports the planning, execution, and tracking of various project tasks and, in particular, the coordination with external service providers in the fields of Biocompatibility and Human Factors Engineering.
**Duties and Responsibilities** :
+ Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules and plans.
+ Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
+ Liaise with stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
+ Ensure that stakeholders' needs are met as the project evolves.
+ Monitor and track project progress and handle any issues that arise.
+ Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
+ Work to eliminate blockers.
+ Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
+ Work together with Human Factors Engineers and/or Biocompatibility Specialists to develop realistic schedules in collaboration with external service providers.
+ Serve as a single point of contact to stakeholders in new product development and lifecycle management projects to provide accurate lead times and address any uncertainties.
+ Manage purchasing processes for external service providers.
**About you:**
+ 0-2 years of experience in project coordination or a related field.
+ Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
+ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
+ Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
+ Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
+ Familiarity with project management software tools is a plus
**Qualifications/ Education:**
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ Formal project management training or certification is preferred but not required.
**Working Conditions:**
+ Hybrid working: typically, 3-5 days per week in the office, driven by business requirements as the company has a flexible approach to office working.
+ Must be located in Lexington, MA
