About the position:
Manage and organize Field Service activities and processes in accordance with the project’s contractual obligations for various sites. The Technical Project Manager has to ensure that all Field Service activities are executed fully in line with contractual requirements and quality standards, staying within scope, on schedule, and within budget. Additionally, promote project opportunities and cost-saving initiatives within the area of responsibility, while reporting to the Field Service Leader.Job Description

Responsibilities:
Advise the team on site according to targets set forth in the projects. Manage quality, EHS, cost and lead timeTraveling to site for trouble shootingSupport the develop of the site team.Support the Product Line or Field Service Leader for costing and scheduling for Tender.Providing quick solutions to technical problems that arise during the execution on the construction siteLead the site preparationRepresent Field Service during the project design reviewsIf requested, support the other Project Managers within own area of expertise.Act as “Site Manager” for the projects under the responsibilityExchange feedback with other Services personnelBasic Requirements:
Education: Technical educational background & technical apprenticeshipExperience: Hydropower Generator & Site erection experienceLanguage: Strong communicator, fluent in Norwegian or SwedishDesired Characteristics:
Project coordination skills, able to motivate the Service team and the functionAbility to work on a multi-cultural environmentKnows how to apply the available tools (ERP-system, MS Office, MS Project)Understands the importance of service attitude Experience from Rotating equipment and or electrical rotating machines.Other personal competencies:
