The ideal candidate will possess extensive project management experience and demonstrate strong leadership capabilities to drive cross-functional teams toward successful project completion. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Project Planning and Execution: -Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. -Utilize project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) to effectively guide project phases from initiation to closure. Stakeholder Engagement: -Collaborate with executive leadership, department heads, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, align project goals, and manage expectations. -Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders through updates, presentations, and reports. Risk Assessment and Management: -Identify potential risks and issues early in the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact. -Monitor risk factors throughout the project and adjust plans as necessary to maintain project health. Team Leadership and Coordination: -Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. -Assign responsibilities and ensure team members understand their roles and contributions to the project. Performance Tracking and Reporting: -Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor project progress and success. -Prepare detailed project status reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and next steps. Budget and Resource Management: -Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial resources are used efficiently. -Oversee resource allocation to optimize team performance and project outcomes. Continuous Improvement: -Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and best practices for future projects. -Champion process improvements and methodologies to enhance project management capabilities within the organization. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: -7 Years of experience in project management, particularly with large-scale and strategic projects. -Proven track record of successful project delivery and team leadership. -Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello). -Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. -Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation. -PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is highly desirable. -Experience in Information Technology is a plus. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
