At Stats Perform, we transform trillions of data points into the moments that thrill sports fans around the world. Our AI and Engineering teams create everything from real-time betting models to deep-learning-powered video highlights. We are now looking for a hands-on Technical Project Manager to take ownership of key innovations—from concept to production. You’ll manage portfolio of impactful projects such as customer migrations to a new cloud-native platform, deploying company-wide KPI systems, or automating internal processes using low-code and GenAI tools.
What you’ll work on
Plan, lead, and deliver complex technical projects from start to finish—managing scope, timelines, blockers, and cross-team execution Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and AI researchers to launch new ML models, GenAI tools, and automation solutions Drive the migration of internal and external clients from legacy infrastructure to modern, cloud-native environments Manage diverse stakeholders, align priorities, and communicate clearly when navigating shifting goals or trade-offs Own reporting and transparency using Jira dashboards, metrics, and delivery roadmapsYour ideal experience
5+ years of experience managing technical projects across software, data, and cloud domains Ability to engage confidently with engineers and communicate technical topics to non-technical stakeholders Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure, as well as CI/CD and modern data tooling Experience delivering both enterprise-grade systems and fast-moving prototypes or PoCs Deep understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) with flexibility to adapt to Waterfall when necessary Strong communication and stakeholder management skills—able to align teams and manage expectations Nice to have: hands-on experience with low-code tools (e.g. n8n, Appsmith), ServiceNow, Salesforce, or Atlassian productsWhat success looks like after 12 months
