The Technical Project Manager will coordinate efforts between our skilled engineering teams and stakeholders across the network to deliver solutions that enhance our analytical & operational capabilities. The Technical Project Manager will focus on executing project plans, managing tasks, facilitating communication, and ensuring successful project delivery within scope. We seek an autonomous, curious individual with strong communication skills and a drive for continuous learning to contribute to our data-driven healthcare environment. Responsibilities: + Project Execution: Manage the full lifecycle of assigned technical projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope. + Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for project stakeholders, providing updates, gathering requirements, and managing expectations. + Product Enhancement Queue Support: Assist in maintaining and prioritizing a queue of enhancement requests for existing products, aligning improvements with project goals. + Developer Coordination: Work with engineering teams to coordinate development tasks, track progress, and facilitate technical discussions. + Process Adherence & Documentation: Follow established project management processes; create and maintain project documentation, including plans, status reports, and meeting minutes. + Risk Identification & Escalation: Identify project risks and issues, including dependencies involving external task ownership; manage necessary stakeholder follow-up and escalate complex issues or roadblocks to senior team members or leadership. + Collaboration & Teamwork: Work collaboratively with technical teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives. + Continuous Learning: Actively learn about project management best practices, relevant technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Power BI), and the healthcare domain. Qualifications/Requirements: Experience: + A minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination and/or technical project management, required + Experience in healthcare, technology, or consulting environments, preferred. + Experience with supporting the full lifecycle of technical projects and a proven ability to coordinate tasks across both technical and non-technical teams, preferred. Education: + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field, required. + Master’s degree, preferred.
