Technical Project Manager\nIn this role, you will drive the deployment of new installations of Vigilent Dynamic Cooling Management System at large, multi-national customers with involvement at all points in the sales cycle. Vigilent optimizes indoor environments through the power of AI. \nRESPONSIBILITIES\n\n\n\tResponsible for the on-site installation of Vigilent Systems including coordinating the efforts of external resources such as electricians, data center engineers, and consultants.\n\tCoordinate multiple, simultaneous installations at various customer sites, both remote and on-site.\n\tPrepare detailed deployment and installation documentation and materials.\n\tPerform diagnostics, install, and upgrade software using remote access tools.\n\tDocument system, software, and business processes.\n\tCoordinate and assist Vigilent channel partners and resellers installing the Vigilent System.\n\tProvide partner and end-user training either on-line or on-site.\n\tAct as lead technical resource on customer and partner engagements.\n\tConduct virtual and/or physical site surveys to assess the suitability of the Vigilent System for installation at a particular location. \n\tDuring the pre-sales process, travel on-site to perform site assessments with the goal of identifying how Vigilent solutions can deliver energy savings, increase facility reliability and improve overall site operations.\n\tWork closely with Vigilent Engineering and Technical Support Teams to resolve technical product issues, and test new features.\n\tProvide customer feedback to Marketing regarding new feature requests and product enhancements.\n\tRegular travel (~ 50%), both domestic and international \n\nREQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE\n\n\n\tTechnical degree, preferably Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.\n\tUnderstanding of HVAC cooling technologies and concepts.\n\tExperience with Modbus or BACnet protocols.\n\tExperience with wireless mesh networking sensors.\n\tExperience with SmartMesh technology\n\tUnderstanding airflow management in data centers.\n\tExperience in data centers or other mission critical facilities.\n\t5+ years managing projects.\n\tExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex engineering technologies.\n\tStrong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced sales-driven environment while being accountable for contributing to revenue and gross profit targets.\n\tValid driver’s license.\n\tMust be able to pass a background security check, according to Vigilent customer’s requirements.\n\n\n​​​​​​​DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE\n\n\n\tPMP coursework or certification. \n\tBMS programming and controls integration experience.\n\n\n\n\tExperience managing people and partners.\n\tEuropean and Asian Language skills a plus. \n\nHIRING DETAILS\n\n\n\tJob Location: Netherlands\n\tTravel: Up to 50% Internationally\n\tStart Date: Immediate\n\tHire Type: Full-Time Permanent Position\n\tBenefits: Full Benefits to include Performance Incentives and Stock Options\n\n\n \n\n \n
