Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight for the design, development, and maintenance of full-stack applications using .NET and C#. Architect and implement scalable, microservices-based applications deployed on Azure. Ensure the seamless integration of all the Azure backend services. Collaboration & Communication: Facilitate requirements meetings, peer review sessions, and status updates with clients and internal teams. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of front-end and back-end components. Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and status reporting. Quality Assurance & Optimization: Implement robust testing and verification services to ensure the reliability and performance of microservices. Optimize cloud-based deployments with a focus on security, scalability, and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud deployments, microservices, and application performance. Team Management: Manage and enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of development teams through proper resource allocation, troubleshooting, and prioritization. Share best practices with the Technical Project Management team to resolve project issues and ensure successful project delivery. The potential compensation for this role is based on labor costs in local markets, as well as the job-related skills, knowledge and experience of the candidate. Expected base pay for this role ranges from [$66,000] to [$99,000]. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits and additional compensation offerings, including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options as well as potential incentive or variable compensation.
