In connection with the innovation strategy of the smart eyewear category to which he or she is attached, the Technical Project Manager is in charge of managing the different phases of technical developments in accordance with the adapted project process. He is the technical guarantor of a project.

 

Responsabilités :

 

PROJECT MANAGEMENT :

 

Prepare, implement and monitor the technical project(s) Define the scope of the projects, the expected deliverables in relation to the objective, and evaluate the means/resources (and negotiate them if necessary) Structure the project into a coherent organization, driven by the deliverables Prepare and lead phases of research and identification of concepts, validation of concept and feasibility (using the appropriate project management methodology and tools (e.g. New Technology Introduction / New Product Introduction process of the Project Development Process) Ensure that all deliverables are collected and validated to pass the different stages of the projects (gates), including developments or co-developments with external partners and suppliers. Monitor and update schedules

 

COMMUNICATION & REPORTING :

 

Communicate regularly on the progress of the project and possibly on the blocking points that require a decision from the governance (reporting to the governance: business team). Privileged contact for technical exchanges with external clients or with a Group project manager Close the project by measuring the achievement of the objective and defining the organization to be put in place for the sustainability of performance. Capitalize on the major documents of the project for the purpose of traceability and continuous improvement

 

INNOVATION / METHOLOGY :

 

Ensure consistency of maturity for product/quality/process and equipment deliverables

 

Candidate Profile :

 

 

Educational Background in Bac+5 years / Master of Science/Engineering At least 5 years of experience in Project management or Innovation/ R&D or Engineering/Operations Strong problem solving skills Solid experience with software packages Solid experience in Opthalmic industry including market, consumers expectations (ECP and final users) Good knowledge in Agile innovation methodology, product development, risks assessment, complex problems resolution, project quality Soft skills: Good communication at all organization levels, team spirit, relentless
