Other PM certifications or degrees considered.   Experience:• 10+ years Technical PM experience (systems analyst and/or architecture analyst experience a plus)• Extensive experience with MS Project and creating project plans.• Experience with testing scripts and system testing a plus• Experience with architecture reviews a plus• Experience with application development projects a plus• Public Sector or Northrop Grumman (NG) background/experience a plus• Experience with technical upgrade projects involving window &/or unix servers • Experience with  SQL and Oracle databases upgrades a plus.   Preferred Education: Bachelor degree in related field is preferred, but not required
