Role and Responsibilities

The Regional Technical Program Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective implementation and management of audit and security initiatives across the region. This individual will serve as a bridge between various teams, coordinating their efforts to achieve common objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Management:  Develop and execute comprehensive program plans for regional audit and security initiatives. Track project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery. Identify and manage risks and dependencies associated with projects. Team Coordination:  Foster collaboration and communication among diverse teams, including audit, security, operations, and compliance. Facilitate effective knowledge sharing and problem-solving across teams. Resolve conflicts and ensure alignment with regional and organizational goals. Audit and Security Initiatives:  Support the planning and execution of internal and external audits. Coordinate the implementation of security measures and controls to mitigate risks. Reporting and Analysis:  Prepare regular reports on the progress of audit and security initiatives. Analyze audit findings and security incidents to identify trends and areas for improvement. Provide recommendations for corrective actions and preventive measures. Stakeholder Management:  Engage with stakeholders at various levels to gather requirements and address concerns. Build and maintain strong relationships with regional and global leadership. Communicate effectively and proactively to keep stakeholders informed.

Deliverables

Comprehensive program plans for regional audit and security initiatives. Timely completion of projects within budget and scope. Effective coordination and collaboration among teams. Regular reports on the progress of audit and security initiatives. Recommendations for process improvements and risk mitigation. Compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Experience and Skills

12 -15 years of experience in audit, security, or related fields Strong understanding of audit, Security methodologies and standards Proven experience in managing technical projects and initiatives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of security frameworks and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA)
