We are looking for Technical Project Manager

You’ll make a difference by:

As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the technical implementation of our flagship product in the area of sustainability. This role includes driving scrum teams as a Scrum Master (and have people reporting into you).Own delivery for projects including technical and business tasks and outcomes. Work with Engineering leads and Product Owners – to drive the right outcomes from your team.Partner with our businesses, to identify their problems and required outcomes - ensuring clear achievements and benefit realization planning is in place, aligned to the business outcomes.Focus on delivering value early – address impediments and always strive to deliver value over excessive debating of options!Effectively identify and mitigate risks including technical risks, and issues. Identify associated opportunities, actions, and decisions to ensure project delivery is on time with quality.Collaborate with technical and business teams to implement, measure, and learn via metrics and retrospectives.Coordination of internal and partner delivery resources for project staffing with suitable skill set and seniority levels across competence pools.Work closely with key partners to implement the changes, giving due time and attention to the importance of organizational change, bring the stakeholders together especially with changing requirements and in an environment of multi team ownership.Work collaboratively and use Agile standard methodologies to support backlog refinement, sprint planning, reports for Project Review with management, release planning, actively aligning with the product roadmap.Be aware of the responsibility placed on you to maintain and healthy and safe working environment for both staff and visitors.

You’ll win us over by:

Graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or relevant field. Standard project management training/certification is expected.Experience in development using Java, Spring boot, Microservices, Angular and AWS.Guide the team to resolve technical queries, problem-solving abilities.Excellent track record of IT / IoT delivery, coaching cross-functional project teams in a complex and changing environment.Proven teamwork / leadership skills as well as excellent analytical and conceptual skills including an entrepreneurial mindset.Fluency in written and verbal communication, influencing skills, engaging effectively with business owners, and levels of management.Gained experience in the field of digitalization and are able to quickly familiarize yourself with different domains.You work independently as a driver of a wide variety of tasks and are characterized by high communication and collaboration skills as well as methodological competence.Experience rolling out SaaS solutions.Deep experience with the Agile methodology, working with squads, product owners and engineering leads across functions.Using metrics to drive improvements in processes.Experience leading projects across international time zones in a virtual environment.Passionate about solving business problems through the power of technology.
