Technical Project Manager
Job DescriptionFamiliarity with Smartsheet and JiraTPMs responsibilities can range from the largest program in GX (Growth Technologies) platforms. They can also manage security and compliance and audit projects; as well as maintain the demand coming in from the business.Digital enablement experience is a plus (aka experience in Sales and Marketing offers such as learn/buy/get/use/sell.Ability to manage parallel projects is a must.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the deliverables, cost, schedule, and quality of the projectDevelops, reviews, and approves project plan(s) and scope; ensuring all facets of the project deliverables are metIdentifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilitiesManages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scopeReviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to clientEffectively applies our methodology and enforces project standardsPrepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance proceduresIdentifies and manages project riskEnsures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriatelyReviews the status reports of team members and addresses issues as appropriateA proven ability to learn new products, develop functional knowledge and apply new skills in a high paced environmentPre-sales experience including presentation skills and ability to demo solutionsA strong teamwork ethic is essentialBeneficial to have a working knowledge of the Atlassian Suite, JIRA, Confluence and Service Desk

Key Qualifications

Demonstrate analytical and qualitative abilitiesParticipation in each phase of at least 5 full lifecycle implementationsManagement and successful delivery of all phases of at least 2 - 10 implementationsAt least have a minimum 2 years of project management experienceManagement of projects from start to finish using agile delivery approach2- 15 years managing IT projects dealing with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)Experience working within an established PMO processExperience managing 3rd party implementation vendorsDeep knowledge of/experience with formal delivery methodologiesSuperb written and verbal communication skills as well as listening skillsSignificant consulting/client facing experience (includes Director Level and above)Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirementsBeneficial to have prior experience working with offshore and distributed development teamsLife at Capgemini
