Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to work closely with Engineering Management to develop and track project plans. The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing both hardware and software projects and possess excellent skills in collaborating with engineers.

ResponsibilitiesWork with engineering management and engineering staff to develop detailed project plans.Track the execution progress of projects from start to finish.Provide comprehensive reports on project execution performance.Conduct weekly project meetings to discuss progress and address any issues.Guide products through the full development lifecycle, including field trials.Facilitate excellent cross-functional team communications.Essential SkillsProven experience in project management, specifically in hardware and software projects.Proficiency in schedule management.Strong experience in engineering, including mechanical and electrical engineering.Excellent skills in working with engineers and managing cross-functional teams.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in guiding products through their full development lifecycle and field trials.Strong communication skills for cross-functional team interactions.Work Environment

The work environment includes collaboration with engineering teams to develop and track project plans. The role requires conducting weekly project meetings and providing detailed reports on execution performance. The candidate will work in a dynamic setting, guiding products through their full development lifecycle.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $180000.00

Benefits include medical, dental and vision, life insurance, paid vacation and sick time, 3% 401K contribution (no matching required), company events.
