As Technical Project Manager you will be performing high value adding tasks having direct impact on Nokia business and key customers. You'll be leading Nokia Base stations base band Hardware root cause analysis and debugging activities together with other professional team members. 

You'll be leading technical projects against agreed program targets, contributing financial and operational KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) like cost management, timelines, revenue and customer satisfaction. In this position you have excellent opportunities to develop yourself and innovate.

You have:

Master/Bachelor Degree in Electronic or Telecommunication EngineeringExperience with measurement equipment for synchronization and timingExperience of change management processesKnowledge of electrical design and layout toolsKnowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Python)Good communication and cooperation skills

It would be beneficial if you had:

Strong experience in digital and analog electrical designUnderstanding of product red tag & debugging processesGood BTS level knowledge
