You Are:

The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating efforts to define requirements, work processes, and outputs for hardware and/or software implementations including integrations. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for working with business units to gather requirements, make recommendations, and convey finalized plans to onsite and offshore Developers. This individual must be able to work on multiple projects concurrently according to tight deadlines. This seasoned IT professional will have a deep technical background and significant experience developing business processes and managing projects.

 

The Opportunity:

·       Develop strong partnerships with IT, and business leaders, to understand priorities and drive focus on strategic and tactical program objectives.

·       Lead the iPaaS implementation and play a critical role in launching and managing an iPaaS to support enterprise systems and various applications integrations.

·       Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, milestones, resource allocation, and budget estimation.

·       Manage project timelines and budgets effectively, monitoring progress and addressing any deviations to ensure successful delivery.

·       Conduct sprint retrospective and planning sessions as needed with different IT teams to ensure continuous improvement and efficient delivery.

·       Coordinate internal resources, vendors, and other third parties for the execution of projects.

 

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

 

What You Need:

·       Ability to translate complex technology discussions and break them down for non-technical stakeholders Successful Candidates

·       Will Have: BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent practical/knowledge or experience.

·       7+ years of with experience building complex business applications and services, also managing Software development and Architect teams

·       Experience in enterprise architecture, applications and integrations

·       Understanding of wide variety of technologies and integrations.

·       Working knowledge of the software development life cycle

·       Strong experience with Microsoft Project, Visio and Office

·       PMP, Scrum or similar certifications desired.

·       Understanding / experience with the following technologies:

o    Cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure

o    CI/CD and DevOps process.

o    Web Technologies: React, Angular. NET

o    Middleware Technologies

o    SQL & No-SQL databases

 

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Tennessee

Compensation Range: $84,000-$126,000

 

 

Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
