Job Description
Our telecom client is undertaking a big project to enhance its network management capabilities. The main goals are to integrate network management systems (NetOps) with AI/expert analysis and to improve the visibility and management of network devices. With that said, this role will not be in charge of the overall project, as this is a companywide initiative. The Project Manager on the Product Internet team will oversee specific aspects of the Network Inventory Management (NIM) project, ensuring successful execution and delivery. Responsibilities include defining project scope, developing detailed plans, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Leveraging a technical background in cable infrastructure, the Project Manager will address technical challenges and improve the web apps responsiveness by integrating it with Charters internal systems.
The role involves identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring compliance with security protocols and training requirements, and maintaining regular communication with stakeholders. The Project Manager will monitor the quality of deliverables, implement improvements, and assist in training Field Ops and NOC teams. Comprehensive documentation and regular reports to stakeholders and senior management will be maintained. The ideal candidate for this position would be someone who started in a maintenance tech or networking role and has since moved on to Project Management. Hourly pay starts at $60/hr and ranges up depending on years of experience.

Skills and Requirements
Minimum 4 years of technical project delivery and management experience
Experience working with cross-functional organizations and executive level stakeholders: Involves project and training delivery.
Strong understanding of cable infrastructure and cable network deployment: Knowledge of nodes, amplifiers, line extenders, taps, Remote PHY, etc.
Experience working with Jira and other project management tools null
