Technical Project Manager
Job Description We are seeking two experienced Technical Project Managers and/or Technical Program Managers to join our Data Automation and Integration Services team. These roles will manage large-scale, cross-functional programs and projects within our global IT infrastructure environment. The successful candidates will work closely with teams across multiple time zones, including significant collaboration with our APAC and India-based teams. Key Responsibilities  Manage complex, enterprise-level IT infrastructure projects and programs  Develop, own, and maintain project schedules and timelines  Coordinate across multiple stakeholders and manage dependencies  Facilitate project needs and requirements  Maintain and report project status to various levels of stakeholders  Work in a hybrid project management environment (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)  Present to steering committees and senior leadership as needed  Support global team collaboration across multiple time zones Work Schedule and Location  Must be based in Eastern or Central Time Zone  Flexible schedule required to accommodate early morning meetings (starting around 7 AM ET or CT), occasional evening meeting  Regular collaboration with teams in APAC (India) and across the US Cultural Fit  Demonstrated ability to work effectively in diverse, multicultural teams  Adaptable and flexible working style  Strong cross-cultural communication skills  Experience working in global enterprise environments Work Environment  Fast-paced, enterprise-level organization  Matrix reporting structure  Hybrid project management methodology - waterfall and agile (ie Scrum, Kanban, SAFE)  Global team collaboration - must have experience working with globally located teams (ie. APAC, AMER)  Enterprise-scale infrastructure projects  Qualified candidates should have experience from large enterprise organizations and be comfortable working in complex, matrix environments with multiple stakeholders and dependencies. Skills and Requirements 5-7+ years of Technical program/project management experience  Extensive experience in IT infrastructure projects, specifically in areas such as:  Data automation and integration  Platform migrations  Data lake implementations  Log monitoring (Splunk)  Workflow orchestration (Airflow)  Identity and access management (Okta, SSO)  DevOps infrastructure  Cloud migrations  Data migrations  Proven track record managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives  Experience working with enterprise-level security teams  Strong stakeholder management and communication skills  Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate global team collaboration  Experience working in large enterprise environments  PMP Certification Experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe)  Background in data automation and integration, data migrations, data management and governance  Experience with cloud platforms and licensing consolidation  Prior experience working with globally distributed teams  Experience in software development projects null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
