Bachelors’ degree or engineering degree in Telecommunications/Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent. Minimum of 15+ years’ experience in Network services, deep knowledge of and management in complex environment. Experience in network designs/configurations, managing, supporting and deploying network infrastructures. Strong ability to diagnose network alerts, events or issues. Excellent time management and organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and with minimal supervision. Good oral and written communication skills, and ability to address conflict with others constructively. Good understanding on network technologies TCP/IP, VRRP, DNS, ARP, STP, Trunking, & Port Channelling, VRF, IPsec and TLS. Proficient in Standard Routing Protocols such as OSPF, ISIS, BGP, Route Policy, QoS, VRRP, Multicast, LDP and MPLS. Ability to acquire Nokia Router product knowledge, learn CLI and deployment would be considered. Understanding of ITIL processes Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Eager and capable to work in a global multi-cultural team and to develop him/her self Strong customer focus Drive to deliver results, “get things done” attitude. Defines project/program, deliverables, milestones, structure and governance. Prepares the investment proposal preparation and business case (including relevant business& IT value impact) Chooses or follows the appropriate method and tools to manage the project, in order to enhance agility and agile development methodologies, adapts appropriate PM practices. Preparing and planning scope and commitment against approved budget, schedule and quality expectations, ensuring successful accomplishment of the project/program. Project structure, governance, cost planning, controlling and reporting, risk management, change management, communication & training Defines needed resource requirements and responsibilities. Plan, agree and manage needed resources, and allocate and assign work and responsibilities. Contribute to the Supplier selection with vendor management. Working with key business/IT stakeholders to ensure buy-in for change. Manage change to bring value to business through effective project and program management. Manages dependencies to other project/programs and relevant services. Manages and control project tasks, deliverables, reports, schedules & milestones according to PM methodology; Defines progress measurements. Reviews and reports the performance periodically. Ensures transparency in reporting. Coordinates progress and issue handling by keeping status meetings and action lists in a regular and documented manner. Contributes to project reviews internally and toward partners. Facilitates and drives continuous improvement of the activities, based on the surveys, Lessons Learned, Best Practices etc. Concept creation, testing and IT related activities. Piloting and deployment related activities Manages approvals, validations and steering group meetings. Manage change control. Ensures deliverables handover to service and project closing activities.
