Growing together.** **Primary Responsibilities:** + Identifies options and/or additional opportunities or actions needed to meet MBO’s/KPI’s + Be able to drive out small to medium sized efforts with oversight of the IT Operations Lead + Gathers and performs data analysis on patterns, trends, insights, etc. and provides findings to IT Operations Lead + Be flexible and adaptive in the face of change and obstacles + Values and seeks other’s opinions to support progress + Contributes to the development of the Information Packet, in consultation with applicable stakeholders and presents to IT Ops Lead for approval + Prepare materials for kick-off meetings in collaboration with the IT Operations Lead + Analyzes / interprets existing metrics and recommends actions if metrics are not being met + Tracks, identifies, and promptly reports issues that may affect solution quality and brings forward improvement recommendations + Be able to identify possible solutions to various situations and gives pros and cons to each + Maintains calm and focus under pressure + Demonstrates a coachable mindset + Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so **Required Qualifications:** + Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience + 3+ years working in an IT Operations environment/organization (i.e., Help Desk, Desktop Support, Application Development, Database Management, etc.) + 3+ years supporting and/or managing projects over $500K OR 3+ years in data analysis role + MS Office experience + Proficiency in computer software such as Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel + Proven solid verbal and writing ability + Proven numerical ability + Proven ability to receive, comprehend, and carry out instructions + Proven excellent communication skills – written and verbal + Proven ability to gather data, perform analysis looking for trends, outliers, etc., and provide feedback / recommendations based on level of knowledge + Proven ability to summarize information and create documentation, presentation slides, graphs/charts, etc. + Proven ability to track and report out on issues, risks, and actuals against planned dates + Proven ability to support multiple activities within a defined set of accountabilities _At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
