\n \nARServices is seeking a Technical Project Manager to provide Advisory & Assistance Services (A&AS) expertise for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) in support of the Research and Development (RD) Directorate, Nuclear Technologies Department.  \nA qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:\n\n\n\tServes as an action officer and advisor for a science and technology portfolio focusing on nuclear detection technologies; and provides support for, and coordination of, RDT&E acquisition and planning, programming, budgeting, and execution processes.\n\tDevelops, guides, and monitor aspects of cost, schedule, administration and performance of a portfolio of projects.\n\tResearch new requirements, conduct market research, and assist in translating technology areas and concepts to the nuclear detection mission.\n\tProvides advice and facilitates acquisition actions by writing statements of work, evaluating proposals, and monitoring contract performance.\n\tAssists the government in aligning the portfolio for rapid transition of emerging tools and capabilities to end-users.\n\tDevelop, edit, and route staff action packages for approval.\n\tDevelop and edit documents such as memos, information papers, white papers, and decision papers per DTRA and DoD standards.\n\tRespond to routine and short notice taskers as required.\n\nSecurity Clearance Requirement: \n\n\n\tActive/current Top Secret/SCI clearance. \n\nRequired Qualifications: \n\n\n\tBS degree or demonstrated similar competence\n\tRequires a minimum of 10 years of experience or any equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. \n\tMust have executive level communication skills, both oral and written, and working familiarity with document editing and publishing tools. \n\tExperience in DOD, the Defense Threat Reduction Agency or a similar military staff \n\tExperience in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), SharePoint, TEAMS, and MS Project\n\nPreferred Qualifications: \n\n\n\tExperience with DOD/federal acquisition\n\tPMP\n\tDefense Acquisition University PM Level II Courses\n\tKnowledge of nuclear technologies and/or combating WMD/CBRN threats\n\nARServices is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce, including protected veterans and individuals with disabilities.
