KBR is looking for a technically minded project manager to coordinate the horizontal integration of several USAF open architecture standards. Our team leads the charge in USAF open architecture development, maturation and coordination. Key Responsibilities: Manage: Manage data-driven process to rationalize government-owned reference standards in an iterative manner that incorporates feedback from internal and external stakeholders (e.g., adopting platforms, international partners, etc.)Lead: Leads steering group to identify opportunities and deficiencies for rationalization including, but not limited to: redundancies, gaps/seams, conflicts, efficiencies, irrelevancies, and unused standardsProcess: Process owner of a Change Request workflow to modify, combines, deprecate, create, or adopt reference standardsPerform: Perform technical leadership of an industry consortium as a CLIN lead Work Environment: Location: On-siteTravel Requirements: Minimal Working Hours: Standard (9am-3pm-core hours) Minimum Qualifications: Active Top Secret security clearanceBachelor of Science in a technical field (Prefer computer science or electrical engineering)3+ years in technical execution 5+ years of project managementStrong program management background with the willingness/ability to learn about mission system software architectures. Work with a team of Government and industry SMEs to ensure that programmatic and technical objectives are being met.
