·        Knowledge and experience of using agile techniques such as User Stories, ATDD, BDD and TDD

·        Experience in carrying out Release Planning for balancing the scope, resources and deadline of the product.

·        Roles & Responsibilities Project Activities

·        Client interaction and requirement clarification with developers.

·        Primarily responsible for getting the design artifacts done by the developer and getting it approved by the architect.

Drive Scrum ceremonies

·        Work closely with developers for all project lifecycle activities like design, coding and unit testing.

·        Discussing technical issues with the architect and coordination with the client for the same

·        Interface between the Scrum team and product management team.

·        Ensure that developers adhere to coding standard and best practice guidelines as specified by the architect.

·        Coordinate peer reviews for each deliverable.

·        Ensure that all the artifacts and code developed for each deliverable is reviewed by the architect. If there are code compliance issues, coordinate with the architect and the developer to get it resolved in time for the deliverable.

·        Assist the Technical Leads in estimations in consultation with the architect.
