Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world. **Description** Role : Technical Project Manager – ITSM Migration (Remedy to ServiceNow) Location : NYC (Onsite) Job Type : Full Time only **Key Responsibilities:** + Coordinate the migration of ITSM services (Change, Incident, Problem, Service Request, and CMDB) from Remedy to a new ServiceNow instance. + Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless transition with minimal disruption to the client base (development teams). + Provide training sessions and handholding support to teams to prepare them for the shift to the new ServiceNow instance. + Assist in testing the new ServiceNow tool to ensure processes are correctly implemented. + Work closely with the Organization Central Management (OCM) stream to align migration activities with regulatory requirements and organizational goals. + Maintain detailed documentation of migration activities and changes. **Required Qualifications:** + Strong Project Management experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) with a focus on Release and Change Management. + Some hands-on experience with ServiceNow or Remedy tools. + Proven ability to manage ITSM migrations and tool implementations. + Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and applications. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to train and support teams during the transition **Life at Capgemini** Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
