Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Remote Technical Project Manager to join our client's growing FinTech firm on the security engineering team. As a Security Technical Program Manager, you will drive strategic security initiatives across the Security Operations Center (SOC), Security Engineering, Application Security (AppSec), and GRC. You will lead cross-functional efforts, ensuring alignment with security objectives and managing the seamless execution of security programs. In this role, you will oversee OKR-related initiatives, handle ad hoc operational "run-the-business" needs, and drive process improvements across the security landscape, all while responding to urgent security requests. This is a high-impact role that requires technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to influence across IT, Engineering, and other XFN teams. You will be accountable for ensuring security programs meet their objectives and are delivered on time. Skills and Requirements 5+ years of experience in technical program management Basic understanding of core security principles to enable cross-functional collaboration in Proven ability to manage and deliver complex technical programs or projects Experience in tracking KPIs, reporting on security program/project performance, and holding teams accountable for results. Strong collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with IT, Engineering, and other stakeholders. Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in identifying process improvements and enhancing operational efficiencies within security programs. Proven ability to influence across all levels of an organization, from technical teams to leadership.
