Join us as we transform from a traditional telecommunications company to tech services and digital media leader. **Summary** The Corporate Security team is seeking a skilled professional to drive key automation initiatives, transforming manual processes into efficient, data-driven workflows. This role will design robust systems leveraging solutions such as Microsoft Power Apps/Power Automate and ServiceNow suites, ensuring faster response times, cost efficiency, and alignment with strategic goals. **Key Responsibilities** + Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions. + Build and drive business cases to support transformation and automation strategies and deliver benefits across the organization, manage financial approvals and budget throughout project lifecycles. + Establish and execute strategies for communication, change management, and project tracking to ensure successful adoption and measurable outcomes. + Design, develop, test and implement solutions using Microsoft and ServiceNow's platform, including custom workflows, scripts, and integrations. + Maintain applications within realm of responsibility, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. **Critical Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. + Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. + Minimum three years of experience in a Project Manager role in a PMO environment is required. + Strong Information Security/Cyber Security knowledge. + Strong understanding of automation solutions such as ServiceNow platform architecture and its core components as well as Microsoft automation solutions. + Proven experience in software development with a focus on systems integration and automation. + Strong background in data analysis, data flow mapping, and process optimization. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. + Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities. **Preferred Qualifications** + ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) + Microsoft Certifications: Power Platform Developer or Functional Consultant certifications + NET and MVC programming, unit testing, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular + Good knowledge of robustness and security programming + Experience with Agile methodologies ​#EmployeeReferralProgram Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. **Additional Information:** **Position Type:** Management **Job Status:** Regular - Full Time **Job Location:** Canada : Ontario : Mississauga || Canada : Ontario : Ottawa || Canada : Quebec : Montreal **Work Arrangement:** Hybrid **Application Deadline:** 03/02/2025 For work arrangements that are ‘Hybrid’, successful candidates must be based in Canada and report to a set Bell office for a minimum of 3 days a week.
