Position: Technical Project Supervisor                                                             Department: Slots

In addition to helping us get work done, as a manager at Station Casinos, you are expected to support, develop, and inspire the people you are responsible for because we believe in a people-first approach.

Your role requires several outcomes or goals to be met. You are expected to meet the following financial, guest, and employee KPIs that are essential to our success.

 

Plan, coordinate, implement and supervise all activities on the Slot Floor including, but not limited to, slot installations, slot removals, slot relocations, slot conversions, hardware, firmware and software upgrades and modifications and all other programs and projects associated with slot gaming devices and the slot accounting and Player Tracking System.

 

Participate in budget analysis for capital expenditures for slot maintenance and department projects relating to the casino floor, the slot technician’s shop and electronic shop. 

 

Able to participate in major projects such as slot moves and casino expansions when regular labor force is inadequate, and perform the job functions of the Slot Technician when necessary. 

 

As a frontline supervisor, you are also expected to be there for your team, enable and empower them to perform, own your operation or shift, and build caring and trusting relationships with your people.

In a perfect world, we would also like you to come with:

 

Must have thorough computer skills and able to use other job related equipment. 

 

Be fully familiar with the set up and programming of all types of EGMs to include but not limited to video slot, mechanical reels, electronic table games, and video poker machines from all manufactures’ player tracking and slot accounting systems. 

 

Must have and maintain a valid Driver’s License.
