Your responsibilities

As a Technical and Promotions Manager for Electrification business, you will be responsible for designing, planning and ensuring execution of promotional activities take place at the right time and with appropriate technical content. Reporting to Local M&S Manager, you will be leading, developing and coaching the technical design and promotions team proactively and ensuring high level of technical knowhow.This position is based in Parañaque City, Philippines.Creating and implementing a long-term promotional strategy with technical promotional activities plan for a dedicated target groupAligning the promotional strategy and activities plan with the sales strategy and sales activities planEnsuring that the Promotions team supports the Sales organization by providing on-time and quality technical support and technical training to the target audience resulting in high customer satisfactionCreating business opportunities by providing support and fostering collaborations with key decision-makers, both within buying and non-buying segmentsEnsuring efficient marketing activities and strong value proposition to customers by using effective promotional techniquesEnsuring that the Promotions team possesses the capability to establish and maintain effective, long-term relationships and ensuring a positive customer target group experience throughout various promotional activitiesProviding support to customers, particularly consultants, engineering firms, and architect offices, in project development and technical problem- solvingDefining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and establishing regular reports and statistics for promotional activitiesReviews and analyzes performance against set standards and prepares improvement plans

Your background

Licensed Electric Engineer 2 to 5 years of experience in working as Sales, Technical Sales , Technical Promotion Specialist or equivalent in the Electrical IndustryPeople Management BackgroundKnowledge and experience in Low Voltage products and equipment, UPS , ATS and exposure from different SegmentsExperience in working in Demand Generation business covering Electrical Consultant Electrical Designers, Contractors Developers and EU's A Registered Electrical Engineer with strong background in technical application and presentationBusiness Developer , People Manager and Decision makerFluent in English
