Praescient Analytics is seeking a Full-time Technical Proposal Writer focused on securing new business opportunities. The Proposal Writer develops and prepares proposals in response to government-issued RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and/or RFIs (Requests for Information). The successful candidate will have experience with federal proposal writing, a proven track record in meeting proposal requirements, and proficiency in leveraging advanced AI technologies to draft content. This role allows for fully remote delivery and involves end-to-end writing support for assigned proposal sections or volumes.

Responsibilities:

Prepare timely and accurate responses to quote/proposal requirements by crafting narratives that detail the company's core competencies and capabilities. Design, develop, and test prompts for AI-powered language models to generate specific outputs. Produce proposals and concept papers that effectively communicate our business strategy, mission, impact, and products to various audiences, including contracting officers, proposal evaluators, policymakers, and senior leadership. Interview Program Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and Solution Architects to draft technical proposal content that is compelling and compliant. Utilize advanced AI tools to enhance proposal development and content creation. Manage and write complex proposals requiring coordination between multiple teams and partners. Develop deep expertise with government procurement, use cases, existing customers, and potential customers. Utilize proposal databases and previous bids to research content for compliant proposal responses. Assist with tracking business opportunities and maintaining BD pipeline documentation.

Minimum Experience:

5+ years of professional work experience. Flexible on years' experience if the candidate has technical certifications and/or proven technical/proposal writing experience. Knowledge of the Federal procurement process. Ability to write and edit in clear, concise, and compelling language. Outstanding communication skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple functions within the company. Ability to analyze compliance-driven/technical documentation to determine government requirements and understand complex customer issues within the public sector. Ability to collaborate with multi-functional teams to develop a customer-specific proposal strategy. Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneDrive, and SharePoint. Applicants must be U.S. Citizen.
