**You are responsible for**
+ Ensure that the required end-user documentation is written and delivered according to the project deadlines, thereby ensuring the planned product release.
+ Proactively and continuously collect all necessary information for documentation activities: input documents, organizing discussion/meetings with one or more of the domain experts.
+ Transform the collected input effectively and efficiently into user documents ad-hearing to the established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), templates with Philips design language and Philips delivery methods.
+ Proactively organize review of the written document(s) with domain experts involved, handle comments and obtain approval from reviewers and approvers.
+ Perform peer reviews for Technical Publication projects.
+ Prepare the documents for translation/localization after documentation.
+ Create the master deliverables such as BOM, print kits, DVD ISO files, etc and release to Agile/WindChill/Philips website and support sites after receiving the final translated files
+ Create, maintain, and communicate the overall project plan and status to the management and cross functional teams

**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following**
+ The successful candidate will have a bachelor above in Foreign Language, computer science, Electronics, Healthcare, Marketing or the equivalent and have 3-9 years of experience as a Technical Writer in a related domain such as Healthcare, medical devices etc.
+ Broad technical knowledge of medical devices/products and clinical applications and with hands-on experience in using them.
+ Must have experience in using Adobe suite of products such as Adobe FrameMaker, InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat.
+ Experiences of installing and using the simulators to run the software on a computer or medical device.
+ Excellent teamwork and project management skills
+ Self Starter and ability and desire to continuously learn.
+ Strong command of the English Language.
The following will be helpful but not required:
+ Experience in Agile development framework such as SAFe, SCRUM.
+ In Hospital experience with Clinical IT products – technical or clinical
+ Development engineering experience of clinical IT products
**How we work together**
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
