What You Will Do

Ensure work packages for production use are timely distributed prior to each engine inductionEnsure timely and on-quality shop visit reports delivery to CustomerEnsure records of engine shop visit are well maintained and readily located for reviewEnsure availability of correct back to birth records in work packages for Continued AirworthinessCompile critical data and ensure information accuracy in establishing shop visit report formats for delivery to CustomerPerform data loading in SQ/GE Doc Track SystemPerform housekeeping on work packages of engines that have completed shop visitAssist Section Team Leader in performing export control activitiesProvide support for investigations (internal turnback / customer complaint) by ensuring availability of work packages (on-site / recall from off-site storage of Approved Vendor)Support other Technical Records functions as assigned

Qualifications You Must Have

Minimum NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any other related discipline with at least 2 year’s of relevant experienceAble to display Continuous Improvement competenciesGood working knowledge of MS Office applications

Qualifications We Prefer

Intermediate information system skill level in SAP and Solumina is a plusPrior experience in Tech Records role will be advantageous.
