329337Monitor and manage proper documentation procedures to maintain aircraft airworthinessUpdate and maintain all incoming MRO / CRO project input and output date trackingGeneration of work card / work sheets / log book summary / CRS and preparation of FAA 8130-3Review all work pack for accuracy and completeness prior to submission to QA for ARC issuance or CRS issuanceEnsure aircraft status and or component status, documentations and certifications are up to date and in airworthy state upon delivery to customerEnsure that work pack in RAMCO system or equivalent ERP system as well as manual work pack are systematically uploaded / issued and monitored and timely closure accordingly with all the necessary information annotated by the MRO / CRO engineer Ensure that maintenance schedule revision status in RAMCO system or equivalent ERP system as well as manual work pack are systematically monitored and updated with the latest revision per BELL manual or customer approved maintenance scheduleTimely issue of maintenance forecast for any upcoming schedule inspection or ADs / ASB compliance for aircraft under BTA MRO / CRO careEnsure all log book summary and CRS entry are timely issued and archiveArchive and scan all completed work pack in the shared folders for mandatory iaw to Air Worthiness Authority Regulation / RequirementEnsures new aircraft and ad hoc MRO aircraft and or CRO input documentation procedures are diligently followed throughDefines the activities necessary for status of arrival and departure aircraft to ensure completion of job requirement and delivery within customer’s satisfactory timeframeCompile aircraft and or component document check list upon aircraft arrival and / or aircraft acceptance for accuracy of documentations provided by BTA before delivery to customerIssue aircraft work pack, technical log and relevant documents for release of aircraft timely to maximize an efficient workflowEnsure that technical log are properly and accurately updated by the pilot post every flightEnsure work pack are reviewed for completeness and accuracy prior to submission to QA.
