We are looking for a Recruiter that can be a  trusted advisor to the business, that is eager to hire the best people to fit S1’s culture and global growth and help us drive our business strategy for the entire region.                                                         

We’re looking for the one who wants to be a part of a winning team, and at the same time, is passionate to build from scratch his/hers own initiatives in the Recruitment domain.

What will you do?

You will drive the full-cycle recruitment process - from sourcing, to phone interviewing and in-depth professional interviews to issuing an offer. Build recruiting processes in the best, most efficient, and creative ways. You will create partnerships with hiring managers, be one with the business, and bring your added value to the recruitment domain. You will be HO and accountable for bringing the best talent and hitting our hiring targets. You will build and maintain relationships with outside recruiting agencies and factors to achieve our targets and manage the contract and budget process with recruiting partners.

What experience or knowledge should you bring?

Minimum 4+ years of technical Recruiting experience in recruitment standard methodologies  Experience with both high volume recruitment and  developing creative initiatives and top-notch execution Passion, bold, data-driven, super creative in your recruiting methods, and eager to bring your Recruitment voice. Experience in Candidate tracking and process management Great negotiation abilities and high market knowledge and awareness, always staying one step ahead of the curve Extensive use and experience in Sourcing: tools, projects, deep-web search, Linkedin Recruiter best practices.    Ability to create meaningful partnerships with hiring managers, and at the same time have outstanding relationships with our potential talents Self-learner, independent, results-oriented, and attentive to details Eager to work in a dynamic environment and tight deadline and build the company’s future and vision
