We are looking a Technical Recruiter who will play a crucial role in sourcing, identifying, screening, and hiring talented individuals for various positions in the company. The ideal candidate should possess outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Additionally, they should have a solid background in talent acquisition, proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems, and the ability to develop effective sourcing strategies to attract potential applicants. Collaboration with individuals across different business units is also a key aspect of this role.
What You'll Bring:
A minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience from in-house/agencies. Experience in recruiting IT positions is highly preferredDegree holder in Human Resources Management or other business disciplinesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to attract and engage candidates.Highly organized, detailed orientated with a can-do attitudeProactive team player with good communication and interpersonal skillsExceptional computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, knowledge with ATS e.g. workday is highly preferred.Strong command of written and spoken EnglishImpact You'll Make:
Manage key stakeholder relationships as a trusted partner and valued advisor, building a deep understanding of our business, function knowledge and/or technical skills, role requirements and desired candidate profiles.Manage full life-cycle recruitment including job posting, sourcing, interview arrangement, offers negotiation and on-boardingIdentify high quality candidates through the proactive sourcing of active and passive candidates via direct channels, job postings, social media, web sourcing, referral, vendors & other innovative sourcing techniquesInvolvement in employer branding initiativesHRIS & record keeping - maintenance of the HRIS and other records to ensure employee records are up to date. Working with systems support on issues with the information system to achieve process efficiencyManage data reporting and analysis in own area of recruitment activities and results, ensuring reliable information for Management decision- makingBuild talent pipelines to fill current and future roles to drive improvements in time to hirePerform other related duties as assignedThis is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.TransUnion Job Title
