Technical Recruiter

Join our dynamic team! Our IT Staffing division is on the lookout for a Technical Recruiter to spearhead our recruitment efforts. From spotting business opportunities to sourcing top talent, you'll drive our success. As a direct hire recruiter, you'll hunt down, interview, and match skilled tech professionals to our clients' needs, building lasting relationships along the way.

This role can be based out of our offices in St. Louis, Dallas, Kansas City, or Nashville and offers a competitive base salary plus commission and the flexibility of a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and candidate requirements. Keep a steady stream of potential candidates flowing. Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates for various tech positions. Manage candidate testing, tracking, and reference checks. Guide candidates through salary negotiations and offer processes. Maintain and organize candidate data in our applicant database.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience as a technical recruiter, preferably within the IT Staffing industry Minimum 2 years’ experience sourcing candidates Strong written and verbal communication skills. Permanent US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Salary range: $75k -115k+ total compensation. This salary range represents base salary, draw, and on target earnings in the first year.  The base salary will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience and performance. The total compensation will vary depending on performance and has potential for substantially more than the range posted. The range listed is just one component of LRS’ total compensation package for employees.
