WHAT YOU’LL DO
Viant seeks a versatile, energetic, and resourceful Technical Recruiter to join our team, supporting our Engineering, IT & Product teams. This role is a key member of the talent team and will work with our leadership in these departments to meet their staffing needs by defining recruitment tactics, timelines, and the process to fill positions.THE DAY-TO-DAY:Create alignment between recruitment efforts and overall business strategy to continuously identify diverse, top talentExecute on recruitment needs by developing relationships with and creating an optimal experience for candidates by utilizing all available recruiting methods - sourcing, candidate selection, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and closing candidatesIncrease and maintain awareness of creative and innovative sourcing strategies and work closely with the team to develop joint tactics to identify, attract and engage candidatesClearly define position requirements and the selection process. Recommend interviewing and hiring techniques and provide training on such topics as appropriateMaintain data integrity within all systems/reports and monitor productivity benchmarks such as candidate pipeline, fill rate and time to fill measures.As a core member of the HR team, align talent strategy with HR initiativesGREAT TO HAVE:4 years of experience in full life cycle recruiting in a technology, professional services or consulting organization3 years of in-house technical recruiting experience supporting technology rolesStrong knowledge of key recruiting methodologies including sourcing, candidate selection, negotiating, interviewing and screening in compliance with appropriate Federal and State regulationsExperience with applicant tracking systems (Lever knowledge preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing methodsTechnical proficiency in MS Office is a must (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)Agency recruiting experience, preferredBenefits: Competitive Salary and BonusesPaid benefits for the employees: Medical, Dental, Vision, LTD, Life insurance/AD&DPaid parental leave401kHealth and Wellness programsEmployee discounts – e.g. gym memberships, wireless plans, entertainment ticketsHybrid work scheduleFully stocked kitchenCasual Office AtmosphereCommuter Benefits ProgramOngoing Education & TrainingCompany Sponsored Events & Team Building Experiences$80,000 - $100,000 a yearBase compensation range: $80,000 - $100,000In accordance with California law, the range provided is Viant’s reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role.
