Technical Recruiter Job Post Information* : Posted Date 5 hours ago(12/23/2024 11:11 AM) ID 2024-13200 # of Positions 1 What You Will Do A strong level of knowledge in all full life-cycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence, in a fast paced environmentManage and coordinates all communication with candidatesManage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers Develop an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictateStay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practicesDevelop, cultivate, and manage relationships with business partners and hiring managers to provide service excellence and staffing expertiseCollaborate with other departments to ensure successful on-boarding of new hiresPerform compensation analysis and develop workforce strategies, which include internal and external research and data analysis, to identify drivers around recruitment and retentionUtilize social media, focused networking (internal and external), and targeted recruiting initiatives to meet business initiatives and growth strategiesMust be able to manage competing demands, accept criticism and constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible Skills and Experience You Will Need

Skills:

2-5 years of experience in IT Recruiting / Talent AcquisitionProven track record of success working in fast paced, high energy environmentsProven experience with process, metrics, reports, and applicant tracking systems Must have experience with direct requirements that include interaction with both sales people and delivery managersStrong personality – must be able to interact with other departments, including senior management.Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skillsPossesses a high level of enthusiasm for building a business and a strong sense of entrepreneurismDemonstrates capacity to overcome obstacles and welcomes opportunity for challengesExhibits strong social skills and ability to develop professional relationships

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of remaining stationary at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to lift to 15 lbs., as neededMust be able to work on-site (corporate/client offices), as needed (not applicable for 100% remote roles)Occasionally required to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead.Hand-eye coordination necessary to operate computers and various pieces of office equipment. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, the ability to tolerate fluorescent lighting, and the ability to adjust focus.
