Day to Day
The technical recruiter with require the knowledge, skills and abilities to building strong partnerships with hiring managers, supporting the strategy and executing on talent acquisition initiatives, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process in the technology space. This position requires a seasoned recruiter with extensive experience in fast-paced environments, ideally within a FinTech industry, who is adept at sourcing top talent across both business and technology roles.
In addition
- Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled: reviews job descriptions for vacancies
- Assists with the development and revision of specification and job descriptions for selected positions
- Identifies the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates
- Connects qualified candidates with hiring managers
- Vets potential employees credentials
- Attends job fairs and industry conferences

Skills and Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting
- Bachelors degree in technical/HR field
- Ability to attend job fairs and industry conferences
- Solid recruiting knowledge with ability to understand relevant skills, target companies, conferences, open-source communities, familiar with pull vs. push recruiting
- Sharp interview skills with ability to screen for both technical and cultural qualities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently - Workday experience preferred null
